4. TERMS FOR EMPLOYERS AND BUSINESS CLIENTS

Employers and organisations engaging HRM Tanzania agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and vacancy requirements.
• Communicate relevant qualifications, experience and selection criteria.
• Provide accurate company and contact information.
• Treat candidates professionally and fairly.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
• Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes.
• Inform HRM Tanzania of relevant changes to recruitment requirements.

Any recruitment fees, payment arrangements, replacement provisions and other commercial conditions will be agreed separately between HRM Tanzania and the client.

5. TERMS FOR JOB SEEKERS AND CANDIDATES

Individuals submitting CVs, applications or professional information to HRM Tanzania agree that:

• The information provided is accurate and up to date.
• Their qualifications, employment history and professional experience are represented truthfully.
• They provide relevant supporting information when reasonably requested.
• They communicate professionally throughout recruitment engagements.
• They understand that submitting a CV does not guarantee an interview, job offer or employment.

HRM Tanzania may consider submitted candidate information for relevant recruitment opportunities, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their contact information and professional details remain accurate.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT

HRM Tanzania provides recruitment and candidate sourcing services but does not guarantee employment for any applicant.

Final hiring decisions, including interviews, assessments, salary offers and employment arrangements, remain the responsibility of the recruiting employer.

Similarly, employers are not guaranteed a particular recruitment outcome, candidate availability or successful placement within a specific period unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. RECRUITMENT FEES AND PAYMENTS

Fees for recruitment, staffing, consultancy and other professional services will be communicated and agreed with the relevant client before the commencement of the applicable assignment.

Payment terms, invoicing arrangements, applicable taxes and any additional charges will be governed by the separate agreement or quotation issued by HRM Tanzania.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

HRM Tanzania respects the confidentiality of information received from employers, candidates and business partners.

Parties engaging with our services are expected to protect confidential business, employment and candidate information received during recruitment activities.

Confidential information must not be disclosed to unauthorised parties except where disclosure is authorised, legally required or otherwise permitted under applicable laws.

9. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal information submitted through our website or recruitment services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in Tanzania.
